Leadership in Motion™ · Pilot Report

What happened in the first cohort.

A ten-week pilot at a health care organization, 2026. Ten leaders across three levels, measured at the start and again at week eight, and tracked week to week. Here is what the data showed — including what it didn't.

How it was measured

A documented pilot, not a testimonial.

Each participant completed a 50-item assessment across ten leadership-capacity domains, scored 1–5, at the start of the program and again at week eight. Participants also submitted written reflections after each session — a second, corroborating read on whether the measured changes were showing up in how they actually worked.
